Course overview

This apprenticeship programme offers comprehensive training for professionals seeking to excel as operations managers, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to lead teams, oversee projects, and drive organisational success. The course is designed to align operations with strategic goals while fostering a healthy, supportive workplace culture that prioritises mental wellbeing.

Central to this programme is the integration of mental health awareness into leadership practices. Participants will develop an understanding of key concepts surrounding Mental Health, Stress, Anxiety, and Depression, enabling them to recognise and address these issues within their teams effectively. By fostering a culture of care and support, operations managers will learn to promote employee wellbeing, resilience, and productivity in the workplace.

The programme instills a commitment to ethical and legal standards, preparing managers to navigate regulatory requirements and implement practices that align with organisational values. Problem-solving, decision-making, and change management are integral parts of the curriculum, ensuring participants can navigate complexity and uncertainty effectively.

By the end of the apprenticeship, participants will be equipped to excel as operations managers who not only drive organisational success but also create a workplace culture that values mental health, ethical practices, and adaptability. With these skills, they will be empowered to lead teams, optimise resources, and support long-term organisational growth.

2. Gateway – After the 20 months teaching and learning, you, your training provider and the learner will review the learners journey and decide whether it is the right time for the on-programme assessment.
