Our suite of online, flexible short courses allows you the ability to give your employees CPD opportunities without the price tag. Our diverse catalogue of nationally accredited, flexible learning courses brings long-term benefits to both employers and employees. Completed online, your employees can work their way through the learning material and assessment at a time, place and pace that suits them.
Course Offering
We have over 60 nationally accredited courses to choose from at levels 2 and 3. Courses are available in the following sectors:
- Mental Health, Wellbeing and Inclusion
- Children and Young People
- IT and Digital
- Business
- Retail and Hospitality
- Health and Social Care
Eligibility Criteria
Most of our short, flexible learning courses are government funded, so your employees must meet the following criteria to be able to study for free:
- Must currently live in England
- Must have been resident in the UK/EU for 3+ years, for purposes other than study
- Must be over the age of 19
- Must not be on an apprenticeship
There is a £125 cancellation fee if an individual enrols and does not complete or withdraws from the course. This fee is to cover the administration costs already incurred up to that point.

Step 2
We'll start processing their funding application
Once their funding application has been approved, they will be assigned a tutor to support them through the course, they can be contacted via phone, text or email
Step 3
They'll receive text reminders when their work is due
Your employee's work will be marked by their Tutor and returned to them within 7 days.
Step 4
Submit their work
Once they've finished the course, we'll apply for their certificate. This will be posted to their home address within 12 weeks of completing the course.
