At LCG Schools, our Qualification Programme is more than just academic success – it’s about building confident, capable, and resilient young people. With three distinct pathways – Vocational, Military and Sport – we tailor learning to meet each learner’s goals and interests, combining qualifications with physical development and wellbeing.

Vocational

Our Vocational Pathway is ideal for learners who benefit from hands-on learning and an active approach to education. This programme combines academic achievement with personal development, health and wellbeing.

Military Pathway

Built on the foundations of our Vocational Pathway, the Military Pathway introduces a soft military ethos to foster self-discipline, resilience and leadership. It’s designed to support learners through structure, routine and high expectations.

Sport Pathway

A dedicated 3-year programme for learners passionate about health, fitness and sport. The Sport Pathway develops knowledge and practical skills to support future careers in the sport and fitness industry.

Career Support

We support all learners in gaining a positive progression through many avenues: further education, apprenticeships, work-based training or employment.

Working with learners and schools, we can guide education and career progression. All our curricula at Key Stage 4 support this vital process. We ensure every learner is allowed to prepare for their progression by developing their skill set to support any aspect of the career process.
