Frequently Asked Questions

Once you enrol, you'll have immediate access to your online learning materials and assessments in your online platform, eAssessor Pro. Our courses are designed to give you the foundation knowledge in your chosen subject area through interactive eLearning content. Once you've worked through the learning materials, you'll then be able to answer your assessment questions and submit your answers to your tutor.

We often refer to our online courses as 'flexible learning' because they're designed to be completed around your work and home life commitments. Each of our online courses has its own set duration, which depends on the course and how many units there are to complete. You'll typically have:

    • Between 7-12 weeks for a Level 2 qualification
    • Between 12-20 weeks for a Level 3 qualification

Please visit the individual course page on our website to get the accurate duration for the course you are interested in studying. All deadlines for your course will be shown in your online course platform once you are enrolled to help keep you on track.

Our courses might be studied online - but that doesn't mean you're on your own! When you sign up for a course you'll be assigned a subject specialist tutor who is available to guide you through your qualification. They can be contacted by Phone, Text, or Email, and even run webinars via Teams to support you with your learning.

If you have any questions or need any support throughout your course, our Customer Care Team are available 7 days a week between 8am and 8pm.

Phone: 0800 085 2081

Email: flexible.learning@learningcurvegroup.co.uk

Although it's your responsibility to submit your work on time, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you're struggling to complete your work before the deadline, we'd recommend you contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to grant a deadline extension providing you meet the criteria that is set out in the extension policy in your learner handbook.

If you enrol but do not submit your work, or wish to withdraw early from your course, you may be subject to a £125 cancellation fee. This fee is to cover our administration costs associated with the course. Further information is in the enrolment form declaration before you enrol, or if you're already studying with us, can be found in the learner handbook.

Certificates can take up to 12 weeks to process. Once you've completed your online course and your tutor has marked your work, it will then be sent for quality assurance. As our qualifications are nationally recognised and accredited, we'll then need to claim your certificate from the awarding organisation. A physical copy of your certificate will be sent out in the post to the address given at the time of enrolment. Please wait 12 weeks after you have passed your course before contacting about your certificate.
