Course overview
Learners will understand the regulations of business environment and how internal / external factors can influence business change. Within the Skills Bootcamp programme learners will grasp the importance of polices and processes and how these impact the business environment. Units will also cover how to manage and develop stakeholder relationships and how key these relationships can be. Finally learners will investigate how self development can help you understand individual developmental needs (gap analysis) and set personal objectives.

Eligibility
- Aged 19 or over at the start of your course
- Lived in the UK for at least 3 Years
- Have a National Insurance Number
- Living in the West Midlands or Durham, Northumberland, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside or Sunderland
