End of life care provides support for people approaching death, enabling them to live their lives as well as possible until they die. End of life care can occur in a wide range of care settings, including hospices, care homes, care in the community and primary care.
This course is designed to support learners that offer palliative or end of life care and covers key topics such as care planning, managing pain and discomfort, and the process of loss and grief.
