Course Overview

Currently, the United Kingdom is home to approximately 850,000 individuals who are living with dementia. Unfortunately, this number is projected to increase significantly over the next few years, with estimates indicating that it will surpass one million by the year 2025.

You will understand the various types of dementia, the importance of early diagnosis, and the crucial role that communication, interaction, and inclusion play in the provision of effective dementia care and support.
