We are supporting housingprofessionals across England to gain the qualifications needed to meet the Social Housing(Regulation) Act 2023 requirements, and evidence their professional practice within the sector.

Course Overview

Housing Practice is an occupational area which requires an individual to have relevant knowledge, understanding and skills to practice within the Housing context, primarily as a customer service.

This qualification teaches technical knowledge and a broad range of frontline housing practices at an operational level. It covers specialist areas of housing, policy, and law.

The course aims to equip students to work effectively in a frontline capacity and prepare them for further study and progression to qualifications at level 4.

Fully Accredited Course

This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Housing, the professional body for people who work in housing. They were granted a Royal Charter in 1984.

Progression Opportunities

On completion of this Level 3 ceritficate, you can become a certified practitioner member of CIH.

How Long is the Course?

The duration of this course is twenty four weeks. We refer to our online courses as 'flexible learning' because they're designed to be completed around your work and home life commitments.
