Ensure you have up-to-date allergen knowledge with our allergy awareness course.

Research from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) states that around 6% of the population live with a diagnosed food allergy, but around 30% of adults reported experiencing an adverse reaction when eating certain foods. Food allergies can be life threatening, so it’s important that food is labelled and handled correctly to keep people with allergens safe.

Local authorities are responsible for enforcing allergen information regulations, but businesses need to ensure that all staff have up-to-date allergy training. This allergy awareness course will give you an understanding of allergens, the causes, and how to deal with reactions.
