This course introduces you to a range of practical hairdressing skills

What will I learn?

  • How to present a professional image
  • Working with others in the salon, salon reception
  • Develop your creative skills in the art of dressing hair
  • Applying temporary colour
  • Create a hair and beauty image
  • Provide effective shampooing and conditioning hair
  • How to display retail stock
  • The creative art of styling women's hair

Eligibility

  • 16+ and have lived in UK or EU for the last 3 years, depending on status.
  • Bursary offered to all eligible 16-19-year-olds.
  • Successful candidates will be invited to attend an interview at one of our Academies.
