As a national training provider, we provide Secondary Schools with various in-school programmes.
We have created a unique, exceptional provision called Alternative Academic Vocational Training (AAVT). The programme offers a comprehensive 360-degree approach to meeting individual students' needs.

Within our Alternative Academic Vocational Training (AAVT) programme, we will use our vocational curriculum to support students. Students will receive at least one reflective session while in the provision. This will work on the following skills, empathy, honesty, resilience, respect and integrity.
CEIAG (Careers Information Advice and Educational Guidance)
We consistently support our learners with Careers Education and Guidance through our extensive knowledge and expertise. Our support will be provided through various methods including;
Career workshops with industry specialists
Workshops featuring experts from various fields including Hair and Beauty, Construction, Armed Forces, Uniformed Services, Fitness and information about different pathways available such as study programmes and apprenticeships.
Engagement days
Hosting engagement days to give learners a comprehensive understanding of different sectors, helping them explore what these different sectors/industries can offer.
Personalised career guidance
One-on-one support to learners, offering coaching, assisting with career planning and helping with CV writing.
