Jason is currently the Director of Sales and Business Development at Learning Curve Group, a position he has held since January 2024. In this role, he leads the sales strategy and cultivates key partnerships to drive business growth, with a particular focus on supporting data, digital, and IT apprenticeships. Jason is instrumental in developing and implementing programs that equip apprentices with the skills needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving tech industry.

Prior to this, Jason worked at Avado for two years and seven months, where he held positions as Senior Client Manager and Client Manager. During his tenure at Avado, Jason managed and nurtured client relationships, delivering impactful learning solutions in Data, Marketing, People, and Technology. He played a key role in designing and promoting apprenticeship programs that provided learners with practical, industry-relevant skills, ensuring they were well-prepared for their careers in data and digital fields.

Before joining Avado, Jason served as a Business Development Executive at GovNet from March 2020 to March 2021. In this role, he developed new business opportunities and managed client accounts, significantly contributing to the company’s growth and its commitment to fostering digital literacy through various training programmes.

From November 2018 to March 2020, Jason was a Client Manager at Learning Tree International, where he managed client accounts and coordinated the delivery of diverse IT and management training programs. His efforts helped enhance the company's reputation as a leading training provider, particularly in the areas of IT and digital skills. Jason's work involved tailoring training solutions to meet the specific needs of organizations, thereby supporting the development of a skilled workforce ready to tackle the challenges of the digital age.

Earlier in his career, Jason spent three years as a Medical Insurance Broker at Medischeme Health, from May 2013 to May 2016. His responsibilities included managing workflows, responding to customer inquiries, promoting products, and managing new accounts and lead generation. He also worked as a Personal Banker at Barclays from March 2009 to March 2013, where he provided strategic financial planning, sold investment and insurance products, and delivered exceptional customer service.

Jason's career began as a Telesales Agent at The Listening Company Limited from January 2007 to February 2009. In this role, he handled high volumes of customer calls, resolved complaints, and maintained accurate customer information in a fast-paced call centre environment. Throughout his career, Jason has consistently demonstrated a commitment to supporting and developing talent in the data, digital, and IT sectors, ensuring that apprentices and professionals alike are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.

Lee Hughes is a seasoned professional with a robust background in apprenticeships and management. With over a decade of experience, Lee has consistently demonstrated his strategic acumen and dedication to enhancing training programmes and client satisfaction. Currently serving as the Head of Apprenticeships at Learning Curve Group, Lee oversees nationwide apprenticeship initiatives, ensuring they deliver high-quality, impactful training that meets the needs of both learners and employers. His career is marked by a commitment to driving growth, fostering strong partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions across various sectors.

Lee Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in apprenticeships and management. Currently, he serves as the Head of Apprenticeships at Learning Curve Group, a position he has held since July 2022. In this role, Lee oversees apprenticeship programs nationwide, driving growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of both learners and employers.

Prior to his current role, Lee was an Area Manager at Learning Curve Group from February 2021 to July 2022, where he managed operations across England, enhancing the effectiveness and reach of the company’s training programs. His strategic oversight was crucial in streamlining processes and improving overall program outcomes.

Lee's expertise in apprenticeship management is further highlighted by his tenure at Logistics UK Training, where he worked as an Apprenticeship Manager from October 2020 to February 2021. During this period, he managed apprenticeship programs, ensuring they met industry standards and provided valuable skills to learners.

Lee's long-standing relationship with Learning Curve Group includes an earlier stint as an Area Manager from November 2019 to October 2020. Additionally, from August 2017 to November 2019, he worked as a Level 5 Assessor in Operational Management, delivering management qualifications and conducting workshops for NHS team leaders and senior managers. His role involved assessing competencies, skills, and behaviors, as well as enhancing the knowledge of participants.

From May 2017 to November 2019, Lee operated as a self-employed Director at Quality Training and Development in Grimsby, providing consultancy and end-point assessment services. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to quality training underscore his commitment to developing effective learning solutions.

Lee’s career also includes significant roles at NCC Professional and NCC Skills, where he served as a Regional Manager and Regional Trainer, respectively. At NCC Professional, from January 2015 to April 2017, he managed regional training programs, and at NCC Skills, he delivered targeted training across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, and Humberside.

Earlier in his career, Lee was a Programme Leader at Bishop Burton College from October 2014 to March 2015, where he led educational programs and facilitated learning in various disciplines. He also has substantial experience in the financial sector, having worked as a Banking Advisor at Halifax from March 2010 to October 2014, where he provided expert advice and support to clients.
