Learn how to support people to improve their mental wellbeing with a counselling course

According to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, a third of people have had therapy in the last 12 months. If you're interested in supporting people to improve their well-being, this course will provide you with the correct understanding, knowledge and skills to do that. This course covers counselling theory and the ethical framework that informs how counsellors use their skills.

Having an understanding of counselling skills isn't just relevant for people looking to become an accredited counsellor, these skills would also be useful for managers to provide better mental health support for their teams. This course is a great introduction to counselling skills; further study would be needed to gain accredited counsellor status.
